Inputs
- A real task that has been completed at least once.
- Examples of good and unacceptable outputs.
- Required tools, references, and safety boundaries.
Workflow
- Define the narrow job and non-goals.
- Identify trigger phrases and required context.
- Write the shortest reliable sequence of actions.
- Move optional detail into referenced files.
- Create pass/fail evaluation cases.
Expected output
A compact SKILL.md, supporting resources only when necessary, and a small
evaluation checklist.
Limitations
Do not create a skill for a one-off preference or a workflow that has never been validated manually.
