An AI Website Launch Checklist

Generating a page is only part of building a website. Visitors also need accurate content, working links and recoverable data. This checklist is for a first brochure site or a small business website.

Prepare three inputs

• Identify the visitor and the action the page should help them take.
• Collect verified product information, images and contact details.
• List the essential pages before adding optional features.

Separate appearance from behavior

Check headings, buttons, body text and images on a phone and a computer. Then test forms, navigation, language switching and external links separately. A button that looks interactive may still fail to submit or save.

Review before publishing

1. Make page titles match their content.
2. Remove template endorsements, invented metrics and placeholder contact details.
3. Show understandable success and error states for forms.
4. Keep private information out of public pages.
5. Back up source code, content and deployment settings.
6. Record domain and hosting renewal dates.

Start with a small audience

Ask someone unfamiliar with the site to complete its main task. Record where they hesitate or fail, and fix those points before adding features. Generated copy and code both need review. A page loading successfully does not by itself mean the website is ready for customers.
